Adults can weight between four point pour and nine point nine pounds. Their long tails help them keep balanced. Their diet consists of mainly fruit but also leaves, crops, and insects. Males are solitary while females live in small groups with their young. Females give birth to only one young and little is known about their reproductive behavior. Threats to the species include hunting, habitat destruction, and low reproductive rate. The territory where the remaining population is found is protected.
